Real estate and domestic locksmithing are the core of our business.
The position will require you to be on the road most days 9.00 am – 5.30 pm attending to domestic, real estate, strata and commercial locksmith work. On the odd days, you may be required to work in our workshop. Performing all general locksmith services such as lock repairs/replacements, rekeys, lockouts/lost keys, evictions, master key systems, 24/7 after-hours service and more.
You will be supplied with a company sign-written vehicle with the latest machinery, company smartphone, hand and power tools supplied, easy-to-maintain uniforms and more. Qualifications & Experience
Trade qualified locksmith (3rd and 4th-year apprentices may apply) for residential and commercial on-road locksmithing.
- Must have the ability to provide superior customer service and communication skills
- Must have an excellent work ethic with a positive can-do attitude.
- Must have a Police, WWC or be able to get them all.
- Experience with ServiceM8, Instacode and electronic locks is desirable but not essential.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- General mobile locksmith tasks.
- Work unsupervised, autonomously and as part of a team
- Install new locks & security hardware to residential and commercial properties.
- Stock control & general housekeeping.
- Master key system installation and maintenance of existing systems.
- You will be frequently servicing the Inner City, Eastern, Bayside, Southern and occasionally Northern suburbs of Melbourne.
- You will be required to go on a flexible after-hours roster

What you need:
- Current Driver’s licence
- Be punctual, and hard-working with good time management skills
- Knowledge of the parts and materials commonly used by Locksmiths
- Competence to use tools and machines needed to provide onsite locksmith services
- Unrestricted legal right to work in Australia
- Previous Locksmith experience is essential
- Take pride in your work and presentation of documentation of completed jobs
- The ability to work within a team and autonomously
